During these challenging times, we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 crisis and taking precautions to ensure client safety as our highest priority. In adherence to Professional Photography Association COVID-19 policy and CDC and Phase 3 Virginia guidelines, we have implemented the following measures.
Pre-photo shoot measures
All clients will be asked the following screening questions:
Have you had any flu, cough, fever, or COVID-19-like symptoms in the past 2 weeks?
Has anyone in your household or anyone you have been in contact with exhibited flu or COVID-19-like symptoms in the past 2 weeks?
Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
All participants (subject(s) and photographer) will wash and/or sanitize hands.
All clients’ temperature will be taken with a digital infrared thermometer. If temperature exceeds 100.4 degrees, the photo shoot will be rescheduled.
All props will be sanitized prior to client contact.
Photo shoot measures
All participants (subject(s) and photographer) will sanitize hands and/or wear gloves throughout the shoot, as needed.
Photographer will provide hand sanitizer on-site.
All participants who are not actively posing for portraits will be required to wear a mask.
Photographer will maintain 6-ft minimum distance from subject(s), and implement no-touch posing methods whenever possible.
Photoshoot will be conducted outside whenever possible.
